Intuitive, a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery, seeks a Territory Sales Associate to promote the da Vinci system in the San Francisco Bay Area. The role blends remote work with on-site support for cases, requiring travel to clinics and hospitals as needed.

You will develop local sales strategies, train surgical teams, build KOL relationships, and drive adoption of digital solutions and instruments. A minimum of two years outside sales experience is expected.

• Minimum 2 years of outside sales experience.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and translate client feedback into product improvements.
• Strong customer service orientation with CRM experience.
• Proficiency with multiple technology platforms and digital tools.

• Develop and execute a local sales strategy to optimize deployment of the da Vinci system.
• Support KOLs and surgical teams with guidance and training on the system.
• Lead and support Sales and Marketing initiatives to raise system awareness.
• Design tailored surgery plans to ensure proficient system use.
• Expand user base by forging partnerships with KOLs and promoting instruments.
