Intuitive is a global leader in robotic-assisted surgery seeking a Territory Sales Associate to drive adoption of the da Vinci system in the Sacramento area. You will partner with KOLs and surgical teams, develop local sales strategies, and expand the hospital's robotics program.

• Outside sales experience required.

• Develop and execute a local sales strategy with the Clinical Sales Manager.
• Serve as a resource to KOLs and surgical teams with guidance on the da Vinci system.
• Lead and support Sales and Marketing initiatives to boost awareness and adoption.
• Design tailored surgery plans to ensure proficient system use.
• Drive user base growth via strategic KOL partnerships and instruments.
• Support digital solutions and advanced instrumentation with client needs.
• Demonstrate proficiency in technology platforms for digital solutions.
• Provide after-hours/weekend support as needed.
• Collaborate with hospital executives and surgeons to expand robotic program.
• Align with leaders to communicate value and expansion opportunities.
• Work cross-functionally to explore program expansion and product performance.
• Build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionals and leadership.

• Manage administrative tasks including sales activities and expense reports.
