Job summary

QuickCruit, Inc. is seeking a driven Sales Representative to expand presence in the Ashland County area and beyond in Wisconsin. You will identify, prospect and win new accounts, selling our full portfolio of wine and spirits across on- and off-premise accounts.

As a hunter who builds relationships and grows a territory, you will travel the territory, manage relationships, and drive sales growth through effective outreach and strong account service.

Responsibilities

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes with an established routing pattern.
• Analyzes accounts to identify opportunities and ensures compliance where applicable.
• Delivers professional sales presentations to customers, including promotions.
• Maintains product levels in accounts and restocks shelves where permitted.
• Educates account staff on priority brands through training seminars.
• Manages receivables by processing credits/returns and communicating on aged balances.
• Addresses customer issues and escalates to management when needed.
