Job summary

Columbia Distributing seeks a Sales Representative for On Prem - Wine & Spirits to drive beverage sales across assigned locations, including Everett and surrounding areas in Washington. You will plan territory, engage new and existing accounts, and execute merchandising and product initiatives to meet company objectives.

The role requires strong communication, regional travel, and a proven sales background in the beverage industry.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED required.
Sales Fundamentals (CSP) training and certification required upon hiring.
Cicerone level one required within one year of start date.
Minimum two years of sales experience in the beverage industry.

Responsibilities

Manage inventory expenses in accordance with company policy.
Interact respectfully with inter-company departments, suppliers and customers.
Support the rotating and merchandising of product.
Complete all required training to improve performance and effectiveness.
Maintain knowledge of beer, non-alcoholic, food journals, trends, market share, etc.
Create opportunities and develop programs for the customer base.
Submit reporting, preplans, trackers, surveys, MVPs, expense/mileage logs by due date.
Effectively sell the Columbia Distributing portfolio in assigned accounts.
Aim for MVP standards in accounts and exceed in top accounts.
