T.M. Cobb Companies is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive growth across a defined Northern California territory. The role focuses on relationship-building with door and millwork dealers, educating customers on products, and executing strategic initiatives to expand market share.

Qualifications

3+ years of inside or outside sales in building materials or related industries.
Proven ability to grow dealer-based sales within a defined territory.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

Territory & Account Management: Manage and grow dealer accounts within the assigned Northern California territory.
Sales Growth & Revenue Generation: Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets; identify new dealer opportunities.
Product Expertise & Training: Serve as a subject matter expert on doors, millwork, and related components; provide in-store training.
Customer Support & Problem Resolution: Coordinate with internal teams to resolve order issues and improve service.
Market Intelligence: Monitor competition and trends; report insights to Sales Leadership.
