Qualifications

• 1+ years of field sales, outside sales, or B2B sales experience preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in the field.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Proficiency with CRM software and basic computer applications.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities within an assigned territory.
• Conduct in-person client visits, product presentations, and sales calls.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
• Represent Diamond Distributions LLC professionally at customer sites and industry events.
• Track sales activity, pipeline, and customer interactions using CRM tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
