Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Territory Sales Representative to drive special-order sales and expand market share through proactive stakeholder engagement in Millwork, COS, and SASM segments. You will train staff, maintain stock integrity, and build strong store partnerships while traveling up to 25% with overnights.

Qualifications

• Education: HS diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• Experience in direct sales in building products preferred.
• Knowledge of building products and home improvement retail channel desired.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills required.

Responsibilities

• Drive special-order sales in millwork, COS & SASM segments.
• Provide product training and demonstrations to store staff.
• Maintain stock integrity and price labels; inspect displays.
• Build customer rapport with store personnel.
• Plan weekly schedule and report sales activity using CRM.
• Resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Share competitive insights with sales leadership.
• Travel up to 25% with overnights.
• Adhere to store visit protocol and display standards.
