Job summary

Reeb Millwork, a leader in millwork products, is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to join our VALUES based organization. This B2B sales role requires a hardworking and knowledgeable professional dedicated to the craft, able to service and grow existing accounts and win new ones across the territory.

The position is home-office based, requires 75% travel, and the candidate should reside in the Greater Research Triangle area (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill).

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving history is required.
• Residence in the Greater Research Triangle area (Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill).
• Proficiency with MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an annual sales plan for the territory.
• Manage relationships with existing accounts and secure new ones.
• Provide product knowledge and pricing support to customers.
• Represent the company at local home shows and dealer events.
• Visit accounts regularly and report insights to management.
• Prepare quotes, terms, and contracts; ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor market conditions and competitive activity.
