Job summary

Rebel Athletic LLC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to build and manage a remote, territory-based book in the School Cheer market. You will own the full sales cycle, prospect schools and programs, conduct in-person fittings and demonstrations, and collaborate with design and production teams.

You will travel within your territory, cultivate relationships, and drive revenue growth through proactive outreach, events, and strong pipeline management.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or territory sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively.
• Ability to manage a territory independently.

Responsibilities

• Territory Ownership and Growth: Own and grow a defined geographic territory with full accountability for results.
• New Business Development and Hunting: Spend time in the field prospecting within your territory; generate new leads and build pipeline.
• Sales Execution and Closing: Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close; conduct in-person presentations and product demonstrations.
• Customer Management and Responsiveness: Maintain strong relationships; respond quickly and professionally to inquiries.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate order execution and delivery timelines.
• Events and Market Presence: Represent Rebel Athletic at competitions, trade shows, and industry events to drive lead generation.
• Performance and Accountability: Meet or exceed sales targets; maintain pipeline and activity tracking.
