Job summary

Rebel Athletic is seeking an outside sales representative to grow our School and Dance market across a remote territory. You will meet customers in person, learn their needs, guide them through the process, and help them wear something they’re excited to wear.

This full-time role requires a strong pipeline, ongoing travel within your territory, and the ability to work evenings and weekends for events and competitions, delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in outside or territory sales with a proven track record.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales goals and build long-term partnerships.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, organized, and able to manage a territory with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software; valid driver's license with travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Own full sales cycle from first contact through close.
• Meet with schools, gyms, and programs; conduct in-person presentations and fittings.
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to grow revenue.
• Maintain pipeline, manage follow-ups, and report activity.
• Represent Rebel at events and travel frequently within territory.
