Job summary

Rebel Athletic LLC in Raleigh, NC is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to expand our School Cheer market. You will meet customers in the field, learn their needs, guide them through the process, and partner with internal teams to deliver fully customized uniforms on schedule.

You will travel as needed, build enduring customer partnerships, and drive territory development while coordinating with design, production, and customer experience teams to ensure success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of outside or territory sales experience.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Demonstrated experience in cold calling, prospecting, and closing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory without supervision.
• High level of organization and time management.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first contact through close.
• Conduct in-person presentations, fittings, and product demonstrations.
• Drive urgency in the sales process and move opportunities forward.
• Close business consistently and convert prospects into long-term customers.
• Handle objections confidently and maintain control of the sales process.
• Maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Respond quickly and professionally to inquiries and issues.
• Set clear expectations and ensure follow-through on commitments.
