Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Part-Time Territory Sales Associate (TSA) for a remote role in the United States. The TSA will travel within an assigned territory, visiting 6-10+ accounts daily and reimbursed mileage at $0.62/mi.

Work weeks are 20-25 hours, with shifts overlapping core hours 6:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday. Starting hourly rate is $15.50–$16.50, with mileage, no car allowance, and merchandising responsibilities including building displays and replenishing secondary displays.

Qualifications

• Must reside within the designated territory and be willing to travel within it.

Responsibilities

• Execute sales priorities and reinforce retail strategy across assigned stores.
• Use consultative selling to align with store priorities and drive results.
• Plan store calls with clear strategies aligned to regional objectives.
• Apply sales techniques to negotiate opportunities and commitments.
• Lead problem-solving to achieve optimal outcomes and maintain 100% distribution of Hershey items.
