Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Part-Time Territory Sales Associate (TSA) for a remote position based in Oxnard, CA. You will travel within assigned territory (55+ miles daily) and visit 6–10+ accounts per day, with mileage reimbursed at 62 cents per mile.

Flexible 20–25 hours weekly. Starting hourly rate is $17.50–$18.50, with opportunities to influence store-level outcomes, build displays, replenish permanent secondary displays, and report activities weekly.

Qualifications

• Must have valid US state-issued driver’s license.
• Must have a personal vehicle in sound operating condition.
• Must have daily access to wireless internet.
• Availability of working 20-25 hours per week.
• Experience in food merchandising is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Sell and merchandise within assigned territory, ensuring 100% distribution of Hershey items.
• Utilize consultative selling to align with store priorities and influence solutions.
• Develop clear store-call strategies aligned to retailer objectives.
• Lead problem-solving and negotiations to maximize opportunities.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, and changes in accounts.
