Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Part-Time Territory Sales Associate (TSA) to represent premium brands in a remote, travel‑heavy role. You will drive your own vehicle 55 miles daily within an assigned territory, stocking and merchandising products, and ensuring high quality retail execution.

Expect 20–25 hours weekly with an expected work window typical of mornings to afternoons, Monday through Friday, with flexibility for business needs.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US driver’s license.
• Must own a personal vehicle in good condition.
• Must carry personal auto insurance with required minimums.
• Must reside within the territory and be willing to travel.
• Must be able to drive long distances and handle multiple calls daily.

Responsibilities

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of Hershey items in assigned territory.
• Achieve merchandising objectives using permanent secondary displays and plan visuals.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, and account changes.
• Document daily activities via tablets and complete daily submissions.
• Manage territory coverage based on store counts and location.
