The Hershey Company is seeking a part-time Territory Sales Associate (TSA) to drive sales and implement merchandising in a remote, travel-friendly role across a defined US territory. The TSA will build displays, increase distribution of top items, and replenish permanent displays while partnering with store leadership.

The position requires 20-25 hours per week, with core hours and travel across stores; mileage is reimbursed at 62 cents per mile.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience: 3-4 years food merchandising is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Sell and ensure best in class merchandising per Retail Execution Plan.
• Utilize consultative selling to interpret store priorities and influence solutions.
• Establish and execute retail priorities by developing strategy before each store call.
• Apply influence and negotiation techniques to secure additional opportunities.
• Lead problem solving to ensure optimal outcomes in merchandising and sales.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, promotions and all admin functions.
• Report daily activities using tablets and complete daily tasks.
