The Hershey Company is seeking a Part-Time Territory Sales Associate to cover a remote US-based territory. The role involves selling and retail execution, building displays, and increasing item distribution across assigned stores.

You will travel within your territory, use tablets for reporting, and align with store leadership to deliver merchandising plans. Hourly pay ranges from $15.50 to $16.50, with mileage reimbursements and flexible scheduling.

Competenze

• Must have valid US driver’s license.
• Personal vehicle in good condition for business use.
• Auto insurance with at least $100,000 per person / $100,000 per accident / $100,000 property damage.
• Territory reside/commute within specified area.
• Ability to drive long distances for store calls.
• Lift 10–40 lbs regularly.
• Ability to use tablet technology.
• Daily wireless internet access required.
• Flexible to changes in territory coverage.
• Availability of 20–25 hours per week.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• 3–4 years food merchandising experience preferred.

Mansioni

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of authorized Hershey items in the territory.
• Execute Headquarter Sales and Merchandising Plans with retailers.
• Build displays and increase product distribution and shelf presence.
• Report weekly expenses, account changes, promotions, and activities.
• Use tablets to report daily activities and results.
• Collaborate with store leadership and internal teams to execute strategies.
