Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Remote Part-Time Territory Sales Associate (TSA) to drive selling priorities and merchandising in an assigned territory across New York. Expect 20-25 hours weekly, with 6-10+ accounts per day and a core overlap of 6:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

You will travel to store locations using your own vehicle and be reimbursed mileage at $0.62/mi, earning $16.25–$17.25 per hour with potential variations by geography and experience.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid US state issued driver’s license.
• Personal vehicle in good operating condition.
• Auto insurance with business-use coverage (min. $100k/$100k/$100k).
• Willing to reside/commute within the listed territory boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Sell and merchandize Hershey items to achieve distribution and display standards.
• Use consultative selling to align with store priorities and drive results.
• Plan store calls with clear priorities aligned to regional objectives.
• Influence solutions and seek additional opportunities through effective negotiations.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, and account changes using provided tools.
