The Hershey Company is seeking a Part-Time Territory Sales Associate to support Concord, NC and surrounding stores from a remote position with travel to multiple locations. Mileage is reimbursed and the role expects 20–25 hours per week, visiting 6–10+ accounts daily.

Starting hourly rate is $15.50–$16.50, with pay reflecting experience and geography. The TSA will execute sales priorities, build displays, and contribute to retail strategy with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Must have valid US driver’s license.
• Must own a personal vehicle and have car insurance for business use.
• Able to lift 10–40 lbs and travel 55+ miles per day.

Responsabilités

• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of all 'authorized' Hershey Items in assigned territory and ensure flawless retail execution.
• Achieve merchandising objectives via Permanent Secondary Displays and other plan elements.
• Report weekly activity, expenses, account changes, promotions and related admin tasks.
• Submit daily activity reports using a tablet.
• Manage territory coverage, number of retailers and travel requirements.
