Job summary

The Hershey Company is seeking a Part-Time Territory Sales Associate to cover a remote, travel-intensive territory. This Continuous Part-Time role offers 20–25 hours per week, with 6–10+ accounts visited daily and overlapping core hours 6:00am–4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

Mileage is reimbursed and an hourly rate of $15.50–$16.50 applies. Ideal candidates will drive, possess a valid license, and have merchandising experience.

Qualifications

• Valid US driver's license required.
• Own vehicle in good condition and auto insurance for business use.
• High School Diploma or GED required; 3–4 years food merchandising preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell and ensure 100% distribution of Hershey items in assigned territory.
• Build displays and merchandising per the Retail Execution Plan.
• Report weekly activities, expenses, and account changes.
• Utilize tablets to report daily activities.
• Engage with store leadership to execute sales priorities.
