Job summary

Videojet Technologies is seeking a Sales Representative to grow direct sales across North Dakota, South Dakota and Minnesota. You will travel 40-60% and operate largely from a home office within Minnesota, building relationships and closing new business.

The role emphasizes consultative selling, a strong value proposition, and collaboration with marketing and service teams to maximize revenue and share. Remote working is supported with field visits and a defined territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in technical or business fields.
• 2–5 years of B2B sales or technical account management experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with capital equipment or industrial sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers across your territory and manage your schedule from a home office as needed.
• Prospect, qualify, develop, quote, negotiate, and close new business opportunities.
• Grow existing customer relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Develop new opportunities and move deals forward to close.
• Prioritize high-impact opportunities to drive revenue and market share.
