Job summary

Domino Amjet, the Domino Group's North America division, is hiring an Inside Sales Representative in the United States. You will drive annual sales targets by engaging new and existing customers through a remote sales presence and by representing coding and marking solutions.

You will maintain Salesforce data, coordinate with regional managers, and collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Coding & Marking application or field experience and a desire to move into a sales role or at least two years of sales experience required.
• Coding & Marking sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve consistent on-target sales performance by working with assigned customers and proactively searching for new opportunities.
• Liaise with existing customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Engage prospective customers through consultative conversations to understand needs and objectives.
• Provide regular monthly reports on business activity and maintain Salesforce data for forecasts.
• Collaborate with Regional Sales Managers to support Account Managers and reach North America targets.
• Follow up on all leads, whether self-generated or provided by others.
• Demonstrate Domino product range and value proposition, including competitor offerings.
• Attend trade shows and exhibitions as appropriate.
• Minimize costs by avoiding incorrect specifications of work.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient sales plans and quotations.
• Work with Field Service for onsite interactions, site surveys, and application analysis.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve leads and refine campaigns.
• Develop and refine sales techniques to close deals and achieve targets.
