Job summary

ECHO Incorporated is seeking a Business Development Manager to support Minnesota and North Dakota. This remote-based role, located in Minnesota, requires frequent travel and focuses on growing sales with dealers across the territory.

The position offers a base salary of $70,000–$80,000 plus uncapped commissions and quarterly bonuses, plus a competitive benefits package. Travel up to 75% domestically is expected.

Qualifications

• Dealership/retail sales experience is a plus.
• Ability to handle complex situations and prioritize work.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a professional image in all representations of ECHO Incorporated.
• Operate the sales territory as an independent business unit.
• Manage accounts including sales, receivables, and expenses.
• Learn sales programs and competitive landscapes to drive growth.
• Maintain dealer files and records with confidentiality.
• Drive sales of existing and new product lines to dealers.
• Support dealer advertising, promotions, and in-store displays.
