Job summary

Videojet Technologies Inc. is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a team of field service professionals across the US western territory. You will develop talent, improve metrics, and drive customer satisfaction while partnering with Sales and Operations.

The ideal candidate has 5–10 years in field service, 3+ years in supervision, and is comfortable traveling up to 25% of the time. Flexible remote work, strong benefits, and career growth are offered.

Qualifications

5–10 years of field service or technical support experience.
3+ years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
Proven ability to coach, develop and motivate remote field-based employees.
Experience with service CRM/ERP tools such as Salesforce.
Willingness to travel around 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of field service technicians.
Improve technician productivity, response times, first-time fix rates and customer satisfaction.
Drive service revenue growth and printer placements through exceptional customer support.
Promote a positive, accountable, and collaborative team culture while increasing engagement.
Partner with Sales, Operations and cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Manage customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Drive continuous improvement across service operations and inventory management.
