Job summary

GrowUp Greenwalls LLC is seeking a driven sales representative to cover designated territories across the US, remotely with travel to client sites. You will own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to close, targeting design directors, architects, and contractors for premium living walls and biophilic solutions.

You’ll collaborate with in-house design, fabrication, and install teams, delivering proposals and CEU presentations while maintaining a robust pipeline in HubSpot.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consultative B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals and pipelines.
• Strong relationship-building with design and construction professionals.
• Familiarity with procurement and specification processes.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a pipeline of commercial opportunities in your territory.
• Develop relationships with architecture, design firms, and contractors.
• Lead design consultations to match client needs with our living walls and products.
• Prepare, present, and negotiate proposals to close deals.
• Collaborate with design and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Deliver CEU presentations and participate in industry events to generate opportunities.
• Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasts in HubSpot.
