Job summary

GrowUp Greenwalls LLC is seeking a territory-focused sales representative in the United States to drive growth across designated markets. This remote role includes travel to client sites and industry events, with base salary plus uncapped commission.

You will own a territory, cultivate relationships with design-directors, architects, and contractors, and guide opportunities from first contact to close. Reporting to the VP Sales, you will leverage our marketing engine, CAD resources, and in-house

Qualifications

• 3+ years of consultative B2B sales in relevant sectors.
• Fluency with the commercial specification process.
• Based in the territory with regular travel to client sites.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Responsibilities

• Build and run a pipeline of opportunities in your territory.
• Develop lasting relationships with architecture/design firms, general contractors, and facilities teams.
• Run design consultations that uncover space needs and fit solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals; negotiate and close; protect margin through procurement.
• Partner with design team on drawings and spec packages.
• Deliver CEU presentations and lunch-and-learns to design firms.
• Keep pipeline data, forecasts, and deals in HubSpot.
• Represent GrowUp at industry events and firm presentations.
