Job summary

Victaulic is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to cover the Pittsburgh, PA area. The role focuses on building relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and project owners while promoting Victaulic’s grooved pipe joining solutions.

The candidate will travel as needed, manage quotes, and collaborate with distributors and regional teams to develop plans and achieve sales goals in construction markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Sales experience with value-added products in construction preferred.
• Willingness to travel, including overnight travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Learn Victaulic’s full product line and understand how our solutions help customers complete projects on time and within budget.
• Master grooved mechanical pipe joining methods and competitive methods to overcome objections.
• Build relationships with mechanical contractors, engineers, and building/project owners in the territory.
• Develop business plans with opportunity mapping and goals with the Regional Sales Manager.
• Lead project pursuit from inception through design, bidding, and commissioning; provide training and follow-up.
