You will manage territory performance, prospect new agency relationships, and use sales insights to identify opportunities for sustainable growth, partnering cross-functionally to refine sales strategies and report results to leadership.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in personal and commercial lines of insurance preferred.
• Strong organizational and priority-setting skills.
• Ability to learn and apply complex technical information.
• Proven track record in driving sales results.
• Experience with territory management and agency relationships.
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance required.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities
