Job summary

Eugia is seeking a Territory Business Manager to build strategic relationships with Directors of Pharmacy, hospital buyers, and acute care decision-makers, promoting the Eugia portfolio of generic injectables.

The role is remote, with residency required in the Northwest Territory - Northern California, Oregon, Washington, or Utah, and involves 40%+ overnight travel. You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and National Accounts to drive growth and ensure contract execution.

Qualifications

• 2+ years outside pharmaceutical sales
• Degree from accredited College/University required or equivalent experience
• Valid US driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with hospital and health system decision-makers to support contracted product growth.
• Achieve or exceed territory sales targets in line with company goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain and National Accounts to drive account-level execution.
• Plan and manage field activity with accurate call records.
• Analyze territory performance to identify trends and opportunities.
