Golden Pet Brands is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest. The role is remote (Washington & Oregon) with extensive travel (about 75% annually). You will identify new stores, grow key accounts, and drive sales growth across retailers and distributors.

You will collaborate with HQ, plan trade spend, forecast sales, and execute product launches. A Bachelor's degree and 3+ years in pet retail or distributor sales are required, with a track record of Territory sales success and

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in the Pet Industry selling to retailers at store level.
• 3 years of experience selling through distributor sales reps.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new stores within territory.
• Grow territory level accounts through HQ relationships.
• Build distribution and store-level relationships with service.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and manage trade spend.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for order fulfillment.
• Execute new product launches, promotions and marketing programs.
• Attend industry events to expand network.
• Understand independent pet channel and overall industry.
