Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to promote its non-invasive Heartflow FFRCT Analysis within a defined geographic region. You will prospect, quote, and close business, building a strong pipeline and deep clinician relationships.

The role requires 10+ years in cardio-related sales, medical device experience, and a willingness to travel up to 50% in a home-based position. You will collaborate with the commercial team to meet aggressive growth targets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare and/or B2B sales in cardio environment.
• Medical device sales experience required.
• Ability to develop GTM plans and drive adoption in new regions.
• Strong relationships with cardiology/radiology clinicians.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work home-based.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Heartflow’s technology at new accounts, including prospecting, quoting, and closing.
• Develop a pipeline of opportunities within the assigned geography.
• Build relationships with Interventional Cardiologists, Cardiologists, Radiologists, and other key clinical stakeholders to grow business.
• Coordinate priorities of a team to drive adoption and deliver excellent customer service.
