Job summary

Heartflow seeks a Territory Sales Manager to promote its FFRCT technology in a defined region. You will prospect, quote and close deals, expanding Heartflow usage in both new and existing accounts. This role requires engaging cardiologists and other clinicians, delivering presentations, and guiding customers on value propositions.

You will be part of a high‑growth team with a focus on driving adoption of innovative noninvasive cardiac testing, with up to 50% travel and a remote/homer-based setup.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of healthcare or B2B sales experience in cardio/cardiovascular environments; medical device sales preferred.
• BA degree required; strong business acumen and strategic selling skills.
• Experience with go‑to‑market plans for diagnostic or therapeutic programs.
• Proven ability to develop deep doctor relationships and drive revenue.
• Experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Heartflow technology at new accounts, including prospecting, quoting, and closing.
• Develop a pipeline within assigned geography and schedule calls with customers.
• Manage sales process into new centers and expand usage in existing accounts.
• Build relationships with Interventional Cardiologists, Cardiologists, Radiologists and other stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to develop adoption strategies and coordinate with field teams.
