Job summary

Gerflor USA is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for its West Region (Arizona) to drive sales and specifications of commercial and sport flooring products. You will target healthcare, education and sport segments and aim for 15–20 specifier visits weekly, including architects and contractors.

Role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of sales/specification experience with multi-decision maker accounts. Travel, CRM usage, and ongoing product training support are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in Sales, Marketing or Business.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales and specification with long term business with multiple decision makers.
• Computer Skills; CRM experience, reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for the sales & specification of Gerflor commercial and sport products toward target market segments such as Healthcare, Education, Sport.
• Achieve an average 15 to 20 weekly visits to specifiers, flooring contractors, and end-user customers.
• Contribute to the achievement of a sales budget for the territory.
• Promote Gerflor products by calling on distributors, contractors and end users.
• Promote and achieve specification of Gerflor products by calling on architecture firms, interior designers and contractors.
• Support flooring contractor sales team with product training and joint visits as required.
• Organize lunch and learn educational sessions with specifiers and customers.
• Maintain accurate records of significant projects with CRM tracking.
• Participate in trade shows and local events.
