A regional commercial flooring contractor is seeking a full-time Sales Executive in Tempe, AZ. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of construction-related experience and flooring sales experience. Responsibilities include utilizing flooring industry knowledge to serve clients, executing sales efforts professionally, and developing client relationships. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Utilize experience and knowledge from the flooring industry to supply clients.
• Work with team members to measure, estimate, and gather job information.
• Educate clients about products and installation processes.
• Educate clients and project team members about products and installation processes; ensure that projects are managed effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, builders, designers, architects and other clients.
• Provide world‑class customer service.

InteriorWorx Commercial Flooring is a regional commercial flooring contractor with more than 25 years of experience in the sales, installation and maintenance of all types of flooring. We serve a wide range of industries, including education, healthcare, hospitality, corporate clients and municipalities. We are seeking a full-time Sales Executive in our Tempe, AZ office.

Responsibilities

• Utilize experience and knowledge from the flooring industry to supply our clients with the best products and services for their needs.
• Work together with other InteriorWorx team members to measure, estimate, and collect information about potential jobs.
• Execute sales effort with the highest professionalism.
• Educate clients and project team members about products and installation processes; ensure that projects are managed effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with general contractors, builders, designers, architects and other clients.
• Provide world‑class customer service.

Requirements

• 5+ years of construction‑related experience preferred.
• Flooring sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree (or some college education together with equivalent work experience).
