Arizona Tile, LLC invites a Commercial Sales Rep to join our team and grow sales with hospitality, multifamily and commercial customers through strong relationships and strategic promotion of our tile and stone products. We value negotiation and excellent service; candidate needs 2+ years in commercial sales or 3+ years in construction with project management, plus travel as required.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; 4-year degree preferred but not required.
• Experience: 2+ years in commercial sales or 3+ years in commercial construction with a PM role.
• Functional skills: Strong negotiation and customer service across project lifecycles.
• Technology: Proficient with MS Outlook, Word, Excel; basic arithmetic and algebra.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, and grows client relationships, focusing on large volume hospitality, multifamily and commercial projects.
• Generates and follows up on sale leads; seeks new business with major installers, developers, and general contractors.
• Participates in industry events to network, build relationships, and generate leads.
• Maintains product knowledge, availability, and installation considerations.
• Understands customer business; provides tailored solutions and uses negotiation to close sales.
