Job summary

LHH is seeking a consultative sales professional for a high-potential territory covering Arizona and Las Vegas. This remote, work-from-home opportunity includes travel to establish an established customer base.

You will develop and grow sales in healthcare, education, and sports facilities markets, build relationships with architects, end users, and contractors, and manage an existing book while pursuing new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience selling into healthcare, education, sports, recreation, or related institutional markets.
• Proven track record of developing business and managing customer relationships.
• Strong presentation, communication, and territory management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Flooring industry experience is a plus, but not required.

This is a remote, work-from-home opportunity with travel offering an established customer base, extensive training, and significant growth potential within a thriving organization.

What You'll Do

• Develop and grow sales within the healthcare, education, and sports/community markets
• Build strong relationships with architects, designers, end users, contractors, and key decision-makers
• Manage and expand an existing book of business while identifying new opportunities
• Drive territory growth through strategic business development and account management
• Partner with internal teams to support customers and deliver exceptional service

What We're Looking For

• Experience selling into healthcare, education, sports, recreation, or related institutional markets
• Proven track record of developing business and managing customer relationships
• Strong presentation, communication, and territory management skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Flooring industry experience is a plus, but not required
• Commission: 4% on sales
• Guaranteed First-Year Commission: $44,000 (paid monthly, prorated based on start date)
• First-Year Earnings: Base salary plus guaranteed commissions
• Vehicle Program: $650/month car allowance plus mileage reimbursement
• Comprehensive training and onboarding
