John Deere is hiring a Territory Sales Manager - Aftermarket for the East region, covering Philadelphia and surrounding areas. You will lead aftermarket sales with Construction & Forestry dealers, develop growth programs, and support dealer promotions to increase parts and service revenue.

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction & Forestry/Agriculture & Turf industries.
• Sales, product support, technology, parts or related business experience.
• Data analytics and driven decision making.
• Marketing processes and campaigns experience.
• Project management for marketing sales plans.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel 75% locally.

Responsibilities

• Manage aftermarket business and sales relationships with Construction & Forestry dealers.
• Collaborate with dealers to create and execute parts and service growth plans.
• Develop and execute targeted sales programs and promotions for dealers.
• Support regional aftermarket events and parts sales trainings.
• Enable dealers to grow their parts and service business.
• Travel up to 75% within the territory.
