John Deere is seeking a Territory Sales Manager, Aftermarket in Atlanta, GA with remote work eligibility. You will manage aftermarket relationships with Construction & Forestry dealers and drive growth through parts and service programs.

You will develop targeted promotions, support regional events, and enable dealers to grow their parts and service business, traveling up to 75% locally. This role requires experience in sales within construction or agriculture industries and strong customer

Qualifications

• Experience in Construction/Forestry/Agriculture industries.
• Experience in Sales, Product Support, or related business.
• Strong data analytics and decision-making skills.
• Experience with marketing processes and campaigns.
• Project management experience for marketing/sales plans.
• Excellent customer service and ability to build relationships.
• Willingness to travel locally up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Manage aftermarket sales relationships with Construction & Forestry dealers.
• Collaborate with dealers to grow parts and service sales in alignment with divisional goals.
• Develop targeted sales programs and promotions for individual dealers.
• Support regional aftermarket events and parts sales trainings.
• Enable dealers to grow their parts and service business.
