Tuckerman Consulting is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive growth across Northern California and Nevada for an industrial distribution leader. This role is remote with frequent on-site customer visits, leveraging a consultative selling approach to open doors, win new business, and expand key accounts.

You will qualify opportunities, develop strategic plans, and partner with procurement and operations to deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of success in outside sales, business development, or territory management in industrial, manufacturing, or distribution.
• Hunter mentality with proven cold calling, networking, and closing skills.
• Consultative selling approach that identifies client needs and crafts solutions.
• Polished communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings, including overnight trips.

Responsabilités

• Lead Territory Growth by executing strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and maximize revenue.
• Deliver Customer-Centric Solutions by understanding client operations and goals.
• Drive Consultative Sales by engaging procurement to executive leadership for long-term partnerships.
• Own the Sales Process from qualification to close and contract negotiation.
• Leverage Data & Insights using Salesforce to forecast opportunities and optimize activities.
