You will develop pipelines, engage with owners and executives, and coordinate pricing and contracts while supporting market insight and cross-functional work across branches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR 3–5 years related experience.
• Ability to travel up to 85% of the time.
• Proficiency with contact management/CRM systems and Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Understanding and application of 80/20 business principles.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and grow new business with customers.
• Travel the territory to visit regular and prospective customers.
• Develop pipelines and targeted strategies to meet sales plans.
• Quote pricing, prepare contracts, and manage transactions.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts with branches and leadership.
