Job summary

Atlas Bolt & Screw Company LLC, part of Marmon Holdings, is seeking a Lower Midwest Territory Sales Manager for Marmon Fastener Company (Atlas Building Products Brand). This remote, field-based role covers Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Arkansas, with up to 85% travel to engage customers and grow revenue.

You will execute the sales strategy, manage a structured prospect pipeline, and partner with branches to support training and adoption of products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years related experience required.
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals; write reports; speak effectively.
• Strong math skills including rate, ratio, and percent; interpret graphs.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and grow revenue in assigned territory.
• Travel to call on customers and build relationships.
• Present products, quote pricing, and prepare contracts.
• Coordinate with branch locations and collect market feedback.
