Atlas Bolt & Screw Company LLC, part of Marmon Holdings and the Atlas Building Products Brand, seeks a Lower Midwest Territory Sales Manager to drive new business and grow revenue across KS, MO, OK and AR.

The role requires extensive travel (up to 85%), strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration with branch locations and leadership to deliver market-leading solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3–5 years related experience required or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals and procedures; communicate with customers and employees.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and MS Word/Excel; strong math and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 85% within assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities, develop partnerships, and grow new and existing customers.
• Travel across Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Arkansas to call on customers and solicit orders.
• Build targeted pipeline using directories, trade shows, referrals and web sources.
• Quote pricing, draft contracts, and manage reports and expense accounts.
• Coordinate customer training and adoption of products/programs.
