• BS degree in Business or related discipline; 5+ years of Sales Management experience in printing/packaging.
• Proven territory sales management track record in a B2B environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to relate to diverse stakeholders.
• Must live in assigned sales area and manage a multi-state territory.
• Experience with computerized order entry and MS Office products.

Responsabilidades

• Develop existing and new customer relationships; identify key decision makers; deliver value.
• Identify customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Manage overall commercial execution including volume, sales and margin growth within territory.
• Negotiate terms, annual agreements and contracts; ensure proper documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to position solutions meeting customer needs and objectives.
