The ideal candidate has 5+ years in graphics sales or channel management, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Travel is approximately 50-60% within the region, and MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; MBA is a plus.
• 5+ years in sales/account management within graphics, signage, or specialty materials.
• Proven track record of managing distributor relationships and regional growth.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Effective communication and engaging presentations.
• Organized and time-efficient with MS Office and CRM proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Build and nurture partnerships with distributors and sales teams.
• Drive product adoption and growth through collaborative sales calls and tailored solutions.
• Deliver product training, onboarding, and ongoing support to distributors and customers.
• Monitor performance, manage pipeline with CRM tools, and co-create promotions.
• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to unlock market opportunities.
