Job summary

UPM is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Central U.S. region. The role is home-office based in the Midwest, with up to 50% travel.

You will manage a diverse customer base, develop relationships and deliver tailored solutions to drive volume and margin growth, while aligning with the company strategy. The ideal candidate holds a BS in Business or related field and has 5+ years of sales management experience in the printing or packaging industry, with strong communication skills and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is required.
Minimum 5 years of Sales Management experience in B2B or packaging/printing industry.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Ability to manage a multi-state territory with a track record of growth.
Proficiency in computerized order entry and MS Office products.

Responsibilities

Develop existing and new customer relationships and identify decision makers.
Deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs.
Direct commercial execution including volume, sales and margin growth in the territory.
Negotiate business terms, annual agreements and contracts; document and store agreements.
Maintain sales forecast and pipeline; provide market intelligence and account updates.
