OSBORN LLC is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to grow revenue in our Roller Tech segment, serving metal processing and finishing applications. The role emphasizes strategic selling across multiple levels and long-term account management, with remote work and travel to customer sites and industry events.

You will build a robust pipeline, collaborate with engineering and product teams, and tailor solutions for smelting, casting, rolling, or refining operations in heavy industry.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in industrial B2B sales with heavy industry background.
• Proven track record in complex, technical sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and regularly visit customer sites.
• Remote position with strong collaboration across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in metals, coil processing, and OEM markets.
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to guide strategy.
• Initiate deals by contacting partners, analyzing markets and financials.
• Close deals by coordinating requirements and negotiating contracts.
• Engage across procurement, operations, and engineering to position solutions.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and report progress via CRM.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering to tailor solutions.
