Job summary

Parameter is seeking a Territory Sales Manager for Battery Monitoring Solutions. This remote/field-based role covers a defined territory with a focus on displacing incumbents at electric utilities and expanding with data center operators.

You will build a qualified pipeline from scratch, navigate long procurement cycles, and align technical and commercial stakeholders for win strategies. The ideal candidate has deep utility sales experience, technical fluency in battery systems, and a track

Qualifications

5+ years of quota-carrying B2B field sales in battery monitoring, critical power, or power systems.
Demonstrated ability to sell into electric utilities with long cycles (6–18+ months).
Technical fluency in battery systems and health metrics (VRLA, Li-ion, NiCd).
Strong communication with engineers, executives, and cross-functional teams.
Proficient with CRM, territory planning, forecasting, and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

Build and execute territory plan targeting utility accounts and source net-new opportunities.
Lead competitive displacement campaigns across multi-stakeholder environments.
Conduct technical discovery and deliver credible demos to engineers and executives.
Develop proposals and respond to RFPs; manage pilots/POCs to successful outcomes.
Maintain pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and CRM updates.
