Job summary

Voltus is the leading platform connecting distributed energy resources to electricity markets, delivering more affordable, reliable, and sustainable power. We are seeking a seasoned Batteries Sales Director to build and lead a team, contracting with existing customers and prospects for batteries.

You will partner with Regional and Enterprise teams to identify battery opportunities, manage the battery development cycle, and drive key metrics such as MW of LOIs, ESAs, and enrolled capacity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships, or sales in the energy industry.
• Proven ability to manage long, complex sales cycles and build high-performing sales teams.
• Familiarity with wholesale electricity markets, demand response programs, and batteries.

• $150,000 base salary plus variable compensation and equity.
