Job summary

Green Bay Packaging Inc. is seeking an experienced Territory Sales professional to cover a Northeast Ohio region, including Cleveland. You will visit customers on-site, manage existing accounts, and pursue new business opportunities in a B2B setting.

The role requires 6+ years of sales experience, a strong business acumen, and proficiency with Office 365 tools. A valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs are also expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of proven sales experience with new business in territory.
• Strong business acumen and excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency with Office 365, Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Travel a territory of Northeast Ohio including Cleveland making on-site customer visits in B2B.
• Work 5 days in the field each week with office time for planning and follow-up.
• Manage sales volume with existing customers and grow territory through new customers.
• Generate qualified leads and guide them through solution-based selling to close.
• Cultivate and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with customer service, design, and internal personnel on customer activity.
• Submit weekly work plans, expense reports, and monthly territory analysis to management.
