PassTime is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to cover Virginia & North Carolina. This full-time remote position focuses on acquiring new business, growing revenue, and serving clients with excellent support. Occasional travel (20–40%) is expected to meet territory goals.

The role demands strong communication, a hunter mindset, and the ability to work independently from a remote location while contributing to a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience is required or preferred.
• Hunter mindset with a track record of success in sales.
• Cold calling, prospecting, and developing new business.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business acquisition through prospecting, cold calling, and territory development.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients in designated territory.
• Address inquiries promptly; ensure client satisfaction through follow-ups.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue in the market.
• Set and achieve predetermined revenue goals and monitor progress.
• Collaborate with the sales team to implement innovative techniques and mentor others.
