Kemper Corporation is seeking a Sales Executive to act as a brand ambassador between Kemper and its agency network in the San Antonio area. This remote role involves travel within the territory to grow profitable premium and strengthen partnerships.

You will train agents on underwriting guidelines, procedures, and rating tools, and collect market intelligence for leadership. A Bachelor's in Business/Marketing or 3+ years of sales is preferred, with insurance experience a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing preferred or 3+ years of sales experience.
• 1+ years of Insurance experience preferred.
• Bilingual a plus and strong public speaking ability.
• Able to analyze data in spreadsheets and build action plans.

• Develop, organize and execute a plan to grow the territory and exceed targets.
• Build and maintain agency relationships and appoint new agencies.
• Present to agencies on underwriting guidelines, programs and tools.
• Gather market intelligence and report trends to leadership.
